DSTV REWARDS

Seriously what is wrong with DSTV yesterday morning I played the Rewards Wheel on the Rewards App and it landed on you won a prize but when I went to check what prize I won there was nothing in my messages I contacted DSTV and they couldn't even assist me seriously 😒 I want to know what prize I did win because it's very difficult to get the wheel to land on it please DSTV assist and let your IT people check what's happening it will be appreciated thanks.
