Dstv rewards

Recently Dstv rewards are no more rewards but only competition entries given to subscribers as rewards. This is of no benefit to the majority of the subscribers as only a few subscribers win the prizes. What a joke that subscribers are even congratulated by emails for these competition entries. Dstv rewards are no more allocated to subscribers based on their tier. I am a legend tier subscriber but for the last 4 months dstv only allocated box office and competition entries as rewards when I had to spin the wheel for 8 days. I have received no response to my numerous emails requesting the status of each tier and its rewards.
