DsTV Rewards **** *******...

DsTV rewards **** and online agents who don't understand English...? I Claimed a limited reward (R50 Dischem voucher) valid for 30 days... when I attempted to redeem the said voucher at Dischem (within the 30 day period) Error: "WiCode entered incorrectly / WiCode has expired / WiCode has already been redeemed"

I queried this online (*** had been terminated... I suspect I know why) an agent was very "helpful" and told me that the voucher was only valid on the day that I redeemed the reward (1 September) despite the fact that the voucher clearly states it is valid for 30 days ****il 23h59 on 30 Sept.)
