DSTV Rewards
DSTV Rewards programme and Call Centre agents are BAD!!!!! I claimed a reward and it was successful, bur NO pin to redeem it.
I spoke to DSTV reward and they gave me Ref; *** to call MultiChoice. I spoke to 4 different agents and they promise to come back to me. No one did. A Indian girl, Kamwa, Joseph and Ndumiso. Nobody wanted to give me a reference for the call. I have an escalation ***-I 332.
The last Agent, Kamwa ,said that his sorry , but I wont get the reward. The reward is for SA T20 tickets. I emailed the screenshots of reward I claimed and that it was successful. Is it time to cancell DSTV like most customers did over the time. Total *******. The money I spent with call are more than value of tickets. Im not happy.
