DSTV Rewards

Numerous attempts were made to contact DSTV customer service regarding their rewards platform, both telephonically and via their facebook page. This was in regards to errors on their Sunday promotion. They have failed to address this issue irrespective of acknowledging reciept of my continued query thereof.
