Dstv reward **** customers

I find the service very disappointing and frustrating dstv doesn't want to take accountability for their poor service 1st the introduced dstv rewards under false advertising they make you spin the wheel and win 1 month free upgrade for compact plus automatically loaded then they say i upgraded my package to compact plus they say I won 1 month free on my package again on that very same spin wheel then come back a month later to say I owe them and I upgraded my account which is something that was done automatically by they system when we play that game they trap us into changes we never signed up for then I speak to different agents who do not know anything others admit it a problem from they side some don't know they say the system show that I upgraded in April the only thing I did was claim rewards and the app kept on loading little did I know am signing for **** I thought dstv was customer appreciation but no it was for the company gain it false,misconduct, misleading,abuse of customers rights I will be waiting for feedback since the last agent advised that she has escalated the query ***,***
