DSTV Responses on hellopeter
On 15 October 2024 I questioned the decision to cut Eastenders to 2 episodes a week from the usual four. To date there has been no response. The DSTV hellopeter response team post this same message to everyone and then don't do any follow up:
"Thank you for reaching out to us. We have received your query and are currently looking into it. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible with the information or assistance you need. Should there be any further updates or details required, we will be in touch. Thank you for your patience."
Well. my patience has run thin. DSTV needs to stop treating customers with contempt and disrespect.

The series has a huge following in South Africa and the longer we only see two episodes a week, the further behind we get. Instead of BBC Brit and DSTV removing these programs, rather stop flighting reruns of old series (My Family, which has been seen ad nauseum) and series 11 of Would I Lie To You. You pander to new viewers all the time and take the rest of us for granted. It's unacceptable.
