DSTV resorts to ***** from pensioners

My mom, Dinah Simelae, who is a pensioner had a terrible experience with Multichoice/OnAir.

She was conned into signing up for a promotion that includes(explora 3 device, compact subscrption, showmax, explora service) all of this was supposedley supposed to R139, only to find that it was not so. My mom then went to the DSTV head office to lay a complaint on 22 August. They listened to the phone records of the sale and also concluded that the consultant misrepresented the deal and that the deal would be cancelled, a consultant was to be sent to remove the device. However all of this has not happened, DSTV is debiting for the services.

Wrods cannot explain the anger and resentment I have for DSTV now, how dare you try to about a third of a pensioners grant, how do you expect our elders to survice???
