DSTv resorting to *****

We cancelled in March and are still being debited. Now despite two written acknowledgements that we have in fact cancelled (which we have record of) there is a new claim that we have signed a two year contract (which we certainly have not). The desperation of this company to hold on to premium subscribers is going as far as leading to ***** on their behalf.

Not really the way to respond to a competitive crisis.
