Dstv remove the Namola on my account the same way you added it will not download any Namola App

Dstv first of all after I paid last month I noticed I have a balance bought foward which is no1 its for what. You agents are ignoring me they don't answer. My due amount than jump to R900+ the only add on I have is showmax and internet so where did we manage to jump to R900+now. I request breaks down to my surprise the is Namola that I don't even know how does it work. I am told I added Namola when did I add it and was told to cancel from the App what App. How do I cancel something that I never app**** who ever added the Namola to my account for commission must remove it and deduct those amounts that were added because will not pay for something that I never consent it to be added on my account. I will not pay the reconnection fee because you decided to disconnect your service because I refuse to pay an amount that I don't know.
