DSTV reinstates debit order *******ly after 3 months

DSTV reinstates debit order *******ly after 3 months We are really at our wits end. Cancelled DSTV end of June 22 and informed bank too. July and Aug no monies went off bank account. DSTV reinstated debit order again in Sept and , Oct , Nov 22. The bank says DSTV now often reinstates debit orders *******ly after 3 months. Calling help desk number today and spoke to at least 4 people who gave their names/did not give their names. Got ONE ref nr **********1 from Mchoko. Was transferred a few times to Cancellation Dept but they just put phone down. They now owe us R 949.30 x 3. There is no way to contact their Legal Dept (if it exists). Went online onto website to complain about the matter asking them to phone us. After more than 2 hours on the phone (initially) with DSTV nothing could be achieved. Please help us with the way forward.
