Dstv Refusing to Refund without Proof of Payment for DEBIT ORDERS

Absolutely disgusted at how Dstv has actioned unauthorized debit orders on my account since lats year July and refuse to refund me because I cannot provide proof of Payment. Since when can one acquire Proof of Payment for a Debit Order????? Its not an EFT you imbeciles. Not one of your agents read or understood my query yet when I call i get told to email. I email and I get asked for Proof of Payment, with the subnote that POP are for EFTs and not Debit Orders. How many F***king times must I say its a debit order!!!! It's ******** to request documents that do not exist as a means to withhold my money from me. Terrible service, absolutely ridiculous.
