DSTV refusing to pay me my refund
DSTV are the biggest ****mers, on the 23rd of January 2023 I contacted DSTV to cancel my account which was successfully cancelled on the same day, however they went ahead and debited me amount of R614,00 on the 26th of January 23.
I contacted them for the refund and I was told to send bank statement, ID copy and proof of banking, which i did send to them on the 27 January 23. Its been 24 day now since i have requested my refund, to date i have not received my money and i am being send from pillar to post and being told that the matter have been escalated.
DSTV CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY MONEY BACK.
