DSTV refusing to close my account

I asked DSTv for the past 2 day’s asking them to close my account and they keep on sending me to different departments and refusing to close my account. Because of this I ended up pay R3940 because of them refusing to close my account. The lady by the name of Sinabo Mopheko said there is nothing she can do to assist me. I have to walk in and close my account physically

Simabtha Socenywa promised to closed it within 24 hours and send me paid
