Dstv refusing to activate my account

I had couple of decoders on one account I called dstv on the 04 march to tell them to deactivate other decoders and leave only the explora and it must be downgraded from premium to compact now is the 05 march and no one assisted me and I called them more than 20 times all they saying tonmevis their system is slow and they receiving lots of calls of people want to downgrade while I paid the amount which they said I should pay and my dstv is still suspended I don't know what's happening
