DSTV REFUSING MY REFUND!

I am willemine hendricks i have a dstv account and i have been over charged sice last uear only to find out i was over charged and upgraded without me giving my consent . I was paying R430 now im paying R600 only to find that i was upgraded but got no compact plus channels since last year. I have been paying using Flash now they asking proof of payment but the other team in customer service could see that i have been paying more then i should now i have sent details that i was told i should send by customer service to get my refund now its a unallocated account . How? Tactics used not to pag me back. I want my money otherwise im taking this way further. This is ******* how do u even upgrade someone witjout then knowing.
