DSTV refuses to sort this issue
DSTV Multichoice has not assisted me with my issue even after I have written here countless times. Its now been 3 weeks. Tomorrow im supposed to pay for my subscription however they still haven't allocated my last payment thus still showing that I owe when they have my proof of payment. This is the worst service I've ever received. They don't care and they're not willing to assist. I honestly don't know what to do at this point. Maybe i should just cancel the whole thing and look for other services.
