DSTV REFUSES TO HELP

<p>Iv been complaining that for FOUR WEEKS NOW we can't watch empire on fox,iv send and email and iv only got a reference with now feedback,I would understand if it was one week but every week when I put empire on Thursday at 9 the chanel jus malfunctions,and I want to follow,I'm not getting help or feedback at the end of the day Fox is one of those channels we pay extra fir and I know it can't be the weather or something coz it can't happen for four weeks in a row and if it was we should get communication</p>
