DSTV refuses to cancel my subscription and runs ******* debit orders

I cancelled my DSTV subscription via 2x e-mails beginning of last month, but they did not do their work!!~.They are still running Debit orders from my account the last 2 months, witch i also did not sign for.They cannot just run their own debit orders, as i was paying my fee via EFT''s.

I demand these 2x months be paid back ASAP and cancell my subscription
