DSTV Refused to cancel my services and continues debiting my account

I cancelled my services on 24 February 2022 with consultant Libalang, ref number ***5i558 and was reassured I will not be debited on 1 March, as I have already paid for February in advance. Lo and Behold, I was debited yesterday!!!! What is going on? This is theft!!! Seems like we cannot cancel our services! STAY AWAY FROM THIS *****!
