DSTV refuse to reply !!!
<p>DSTV refuse to give me the signed copies of their terms and conditions which they want me to abide to ????</p> <p>I have now reported this matter to Consumer Goods and Services Ombud for further investigation !!!!</p>

Why are DSTV not able to give me a copy of the signed terms and conditions instead of trying to bully me ?????? Why don't you make your response public ????
I have already laid a complaint with the CPA and the reference number has been emailed to all concerned.

21 Jun 2017, 16:38The problem is that DSTV think they have a monopoly and therefore feel they are not oblibed to provide any service to their long standing, loyal customers !!!!! Quite sad actually as every customer is important todays economy !!!!
