dstv refuse to refund my money
dstv has double billed me. they made me send them proof of banking and a copy of my ID and promised to refund me. it's been a week and there's no refund. they are keeping my money as a credit and i told them i don't want that. i want my money back.

i'm now being sent to another useless department.
