DSTV refuse to accept stamped bank statement as proof of payment and suspends your service

Whatever you do don't sign up to the DSTV streaming service. You make a payment on their website via debit card and then they can't find and allocate your payment so they suspend your service. I've sent them a stamped bank statement reflecting the payment and they still don't accept it as proof of payment. I've activated my account on the 10th of April and 12 days later they still can't sort it out. I want to cancel my subscription but your account has to be active to be able to do it online so that leaves you in a catch 22 situation. Every day they ask you the same question and you have to send the same proof of payment through that you've already done numerous times. DSTV is a joke. Stay away from DSTV as far as you can!
