DSTV REFUND USELESS BUNCH

On the 29th April I called DSTV to have my subscription cancelled. The lady informed me that the payment had already run therefore a refund would be processed. The full subscription fee les R180.00(for cancellation will be refunded). I then called again on the 13th May to find that my account was not cancelled as the previous person did not send the email to the correct division as there is a technical issue to cancel it. I was given reference number ********** . She emailed price lock (ALL OF THIS IS LOGGED ON THE SYSTEM). So the second lady logged it and it has since been cancelled. I received and email this morning that the refund amount is only R276.75. NEEDLESS TO SAY this is incorrect. Someone from DSTV called me now. I said go listen to the recordings and dates. this is not my fault I cancelled it the day so I am due the correct amount.
