DSTV REFUND PLEASEEEEEEEEEE

Can sum one from dstv call me and explain when my refund will be paid back, its 2 weeks now that I have to purchase airtime to call dstv every time just to have my refund paid back, I was offered a price lock for 24months and I accepted but upon activation the consultant said the old decorder had been disconnected but only to be getting billed for 3months and after querying the amount I was advised it was an error on their side and that I will be refunded but no refund, when l called in the last time I was helped by Lebogang Phefe who didn't even want to take responsibility and said she will send it to payment but as usually that is the story with dstv, NO HELP, NO CUSTORMER CARE all they do is just collect money and better themselves, service is pathetic , I want my refund ref number is ***0/i383, If I call about payments I expect to speak to someone from refunds or accounts, they is no need to have a call a consultant that will tell me they escalated it but I don't receive an communication and then a week later l spend on airtime just to repeat the story and be told to wait again,
