Dstv refund nonex

Dstv multichoice have given me the run around for a month regarding my refund.Ive spent so much time and money calling them and emailing documents and still have not received my refund.Everytime I call them I speak to someone new who tells me I dont have sufficient documentation. I resend more docs and still nothing.They have now said the finance department will call me back regarding this issue and frankly I dont believe I'm ever going to get a response back from them or even my money back.Im hoping this review gets me some results.Its amazing that I've been waiting a month for this refund to be done and still nothing and in the meantime I need to pay my bills with this money.What a disgrace that we have to resort to measures like this to get something done.They have nice told me that I cant get back my full refund because they have deducted the monthly subscription that has got nothing to do with the refund, the subscription should have been debited off my account. Multichoice is completely ***********!!
