Dstv refund me please

Dstv has done again ,I don't know how many times we had to complain. I'm paying my serviced very well Then they decided to lock my internet for apparently no valid reason .telling me because it Is not used in registered address.

But they accepting the paying from the same address. I remember calling dstv several times to update my address and contact details after I have relocated Guess what their unprofessional consultant with bad attitude assures me everything is sorted .now that my internet is locked can dstv refund me Your services sucks. You'll never change to provide best service to your customers.
