DSTV Refund

Getting a refund after DSTV incorrectly deducts from your account after cancelling your insurance and monthly subscription is insane !!!!

Phoning and holding, being cut off, keep on getting the same reply. Intresting that they quickly mention their cancelation policy however they cant keep to their own policy.

Absolutly pathetic service.

Customer service as well as supervisors seem not to know what to do except "making notes" .

Empty promises!

Madness what hoops you need to jump to get your own money back!

Supervisor puts the poor customer care advisors in the middle to convey instructions because they cant answer you not they have to do the dirty work.

So DSTV tell me who pays for my airtime, my data, my time to get my own money back?
