DSTV Reconnection

DSTV is a ****, 1st of almost why they don’t have grace period, if you fail to make a pay on the date you agreed on they immediately disconnect you and charge a ridiculous fee.

I pay DSTV R130 by month end, I forgot to pay on the last day of the month, by 1st they have already disconnected me and said I should pay R180, I made the payment but my decoder was still not connected for about 3 days. I contacted them, I was told I added Indians on my package, of which I never did, I asked 1 of their agent to disconnect the channel, he did and my decoder was connected again, fast forward on the 7th of December I am disconnected saying I owe R220, when I ask what is for I wasn’t told.
