DSTV RECONNECTION

I paid DSTV my account on the 1st of March and again on the 2nd of March. I got a call from one of their agent during the month asking me to pay R880 I paid R1098. But my tv never reconnected when I am checking they say I still them +-R450 but meanwhile the agent called me for R880. I think multi choice are make up prises. I tried to call them on their number but there was no luck. I think this think of them saying it is subscriber for month to month it is not true. We are paying even the month when we never watch TV because last month I never pay now the amount went up double. We have really bad service from multi choice that is why their prices are again inflation. There is a real bad service from them. I sent 2 mails for the help but no luck even now. And I even sent proof of payments but no luck from them my TVs are still playing channel 100 but service with high price that are not real.
