DSTV reconnect my pvr again,I don't think this is fair to me

I am not sure if DSTV don't want me as their customer anymore,maybe now after 10years you don't want my money you want me to disconnect your services. I wrote a review on the 23rd after you disconnected my pvr again you are doing the same thing whereas you did not even tell me what is the problem.This is tiring because its the 5th time now complaining about one thing.I sleep with PVR function and wake up without it.I don't know now what to do.
