DSTV rebooting and repeats
Pay a fortune to watch the same programs on a daily bases (can watch the same program at least 5 times on one day). Decoder reboots at least 10 times a day. Takes 10 min to rescan. DSTV excuses get a new decoder. Funny how it happens to people with a new decoder. What a bunch of money hunger idiots. When is DSTV going to deliver for what they charge a fortune for?

We appreciate your concern regarding repeat shows on DStv. The main reason programmes are repeated is to give people a chance to see something they might have missed.
While we won't do away with repeats entirely, our plan is to cut down where we can and bring you more fresh content. We’re also going to help you find more shows you might like, but never knew existed.
It is also understandable that you are frustrated with the rebooting of your decoder. However, this is a direct result of your decoder not been able to keep up with all the advances that has taken place on DStv.
The reason why your decoder reboots more during prime time and special events is that a lot of information is broad cast out during these events and your decoder just cannot handle the influx of information.
