dstv reaping me off
<p>my account was diconnected at the begining of september for not paying, which was fair. I was then sent a statement of how much i owed. I owed R379 + R79 + R50 reconnection fee. I then made payment of R750 on the 28th of september2016, two weeks later its disconnected again and this is not the first time this happens. Im having to pay twice a month for my account to stay connected.</p>

We did receive your payment of R750 however it was not enough to cover for your service on the Premium package since you didn't request downgrade, when you paid the amount R750 you had an outstanding of R362.92. It is the reason why your service is suspended.
Further note that service can only be downgraded on your payment date which is the 1st of every month. To reconnect your service total required is R 523.34 to view Premium package till the end of the month. However if you only want to pay outstanding amount and not reconnect amount required is R 156.08.
