why are being charged penalty for reconnection since we bought our own decoder, this thing is a pay as you go because if there is no money they stop service .charging reconnection is reap off. It must reported to parliament for review since there is no travelling involve in disconnecting and reconnecting since people are paying to continue with the service that business .
