DSTV reap-off
<p>I have since had my decoder for a number of years now, and in most cases i would pay it on the 4th of every month without any hussles. To my suprise on the 04 May this time i was disconnected immediately after paying. Now after calling the call centre i have been advised that i still owe previous disconnection fee, which is not normal. How does my DSTV that has been operaional all along being discontinued for last month but while being operational?Can i really now pay reconnection for two months?March and April? while there was connection for March month?Why should i pay reconnection for two months?Please someone lecture me here....</p>

I dont have a proble with reconnection fee as stated but my quiry is how can i be billed twice reconnection fee? Please check my account and advise as im billed for March reconnection and April Reconnection. During March my DSTV was not reconnected and only now its discontinued. I know and understand you but why should i paay TWICE RECONNECTION FEE??
