Dstv really useless poor service

Im lost for words for the pathetic service from dstv on sunday i phone and told them my catch up function not working they tried to reset over the phone but still nothing ,today i drove from randfontein to ramdburg to get it fixed,i told the consultant what the problem is and he checked and said he fixed it should be fine so i sayd to him let me wait to be sure evwryrhing is fine cause coming back is far so i waited he called me showed me 1 channel is working the rest will later on,now im at home nothing is working been on the phonw for 25 minutes still nothing,dstv you guys really suck the only reasom im using u is for rugby but one day u will loose your grib on it and im out then so now i must take another day off work to go there and who is covering my petrol and day off no one really disgusted by u
