DSTV really bad offering for premium clients

I made a payment for my account this morning at 8:45am 09/09/2020. I arrive home to find the DSTV has been disconnected. I tried to call the helpline but message refers you to whatsapp no. When I try put in my ID it doesn't accept(did it 3 times) so tried Whatsapp no, its a bot so can only answer certain questions. Useless. I then went to online chat and have been waiting for the last 20min to get a reply, only message I receive is 'Thank You for contacting us ! All of our agents are working as fast as possible. Please be patient we are chatting our way to you.'. This service for the rate payable is unacceptable!!! DSTV is a sinking ship and DSTV Streama is not going to keep it afloat. I'm going to cancel my DSTV and rather stick to Netflix. If I call them I get immediate response and most of the time it's an overseas agent!
