DStv - Reallocates my payment then tell me I "owe" them - *******

DStv/Multichoice keeps receiving my payments and then they mysteriously disappear. My query was sent to the head of finance, but still nothing gets sorted out.

Then you cut my business off when I have a shop packed with customers.

Are you guys trying to sabotage my business ? you insisted that I change from a residential package to a business one. But you have treated me extremely poorly.

But I guess you don't care because you just simply cut us off despite me "owing" you money which I already paid you , yet you mis-allocated the funds.

So you make the mistake then I get cut off - seems we can't win, but maybe its true that the monopoly you hold on the market gives you absolute power.
