DSTV RE-installation

After heavy rain my DSTV was down here in Schoemansville, Hartbee****rt. Call TVTech , Shadreck Tshuma. Did fault finding, shifted dish about 13 meters away from trees, reinstall DSTV signal - within 2 hours. Cost me as Pensioner after R300 discount still R2500. Is this a fair price? - seems much too high.
