DSTV R799 p/m explorer not delivered in 2 months
I signed up for the R799 DSTV deal that comes with an explorer and no price increase for the two year term of the contract on the 23rd March 2015. The debit order has gone off for the last two months however I have not received delivery of the explorer nor have had I had any correspondence to inform me when this would happen. When signing up I was informed that a courier would contact me within two weeks. I have phoned the call center roughly once a week and can not get any answers, I am told that I should just wait for someone from the courier company to contact me. Pathetic and unacceptable service.
