DSTV R750. 00 price lock Massive delay and inconsistency

I was Called by dstv to take up an offer of a dstv explora price lock option of R750. 00, I took it up and was told it will be delivered in a few weeks, this was mid December last year 2018, I have since called them to deliver my explora from last year to Date a total of 9 calls and no one has helped, finally on my latest call this year 3 Jan 2019 I was asked to call on the dot (the courier service) and follow up as dstv follows up as well, can I tell you nothing has happened, all I get is that it will be delivered, when? No one can confirm. I have a parcel number (OFT1P ********** 3) dating from black friday last year 2018, a white colleague of mine got the same offer and his explora delivered almost in quick succession last year already, and we recieved offers days apart. My relationship with dstv has always been consistent and without any financial flaw. And this is the thanks I get for supporting their services. I am insanely disappointed. What happened putting yourself in the customers shoes, and speedy execution. This incompetency must be compensated.
