Dstv - Quick to take money with pathetic customer service!

I called and canceled my dstv last month and was told there would be no further debit orders, however a debit order was still taken from my account. I have been liaising with them over various occasions since the 26th of June 2020 for a refund, I have waited the stipulated 7-10 working day TAT and have still not received a refund. When I call I am told that the refund has been processed and approved so it will reflect in my account at anytime but no one can give me an exact date, this has been going on for 2 weeks now and I still do not have my money!
