DStv query

Have send countless emails queries that to date never responded to.Used their live chat to no resolution either as well as whatsup as both channels seem to have pre conceived question and answers which lead nowhere.Called several times and each time my calls would end with airtime running out and requesting callbacks also just ignored.my customer number is ***0 & it beats me that a technology company can't even retrieve live chats which by law should be recorded & even mails retrieved.to add salt to injury, normally when one contacts them, you get a surgery rating thereafter to gauge how they dealt with your query and this never came through on all these contacts I made which implies it's done deliberately so
