I am a premium customer and wanted to relax with a TV show. Instead I was asked to go to now.dstv.com/tv and enter a code. I have tried twice, on my mobile and on my desktop, neither has any steps or obvious way to enter a code. Their live chat is useless! asking me to do something I have already done. To add insult to injury I can click on anything on their website from my mobile BUT I CANNOT LOG OFF
