DSTV PVR ****

So I get a call from a multi choice consultant offering me a pricelock on my monthly installment, the offer was a good one and I accepted. I get home and my PRV access has been revoked. I contact Dstv care on twitter and I am told that I need to pay R180 before my PVR access is given back. Now what I don’t understand is that I have never given an instruction to revoke my PVR access but somehow I must now pay to have is granted. Sounds like a **** to me. DSTV you need to make sure that I do not get billed for something I did not instruct.
