DSTV provides the worst customer service

They never communicate when there are issues. Trying to contact them to enquire about an issue is impossible. All you get are bots and automated messages which don't facilitate explaining what the problem is. The Stream app has been down for days. The options to select from the chat box does not even give an option to indicate that the Stream isn't working. It tells you to restart your router LOL as if the internet is the problem and not actually DSTV that is the problem.
