DSTV promotions a ****!

I took up DSTV 3 months promo for R 499. When the second month came I was charged full price. I have been sending proof back and forth to various people even my transaction history, I just got passed on each time. My amount was due the 26th of July when I wanted to pay the amount was R 872. Now someone came back to me that I didn't make my payment the 26th so the deal was forfeited, but I was from the 26th busy with them trying to sort this out. If someone told me the 26th just pay the R 499, but I was told they cant see the promo on system and I had to send proof over and over again. Now the lady tells me sorry for any inconvenience caused. They bill you incorrectly on promo, you can't pay and now they say you forfeited. This is daylight *******. The worst thing is that they know you will end up paying this for sport and they will try and catch people out this way. I was following up the whole time, just got passed on from one person to another. I have no words for this horrible service.
