DSTV-Promises

I app**** for the promotional item where you get a DSTV Explora for R 799 for 2 years. I was informed afterwards that I have bad credit record and do not qualify. On further request they advise me to phone the credit burea. I did phone them and they advised me that DSTV did not even phone them for a reference and that my name is clear. She even forwarded me a copy of the rapport. I tried to contact DSTV again but was send from one department to another without any luck or solutions.<br> <br> If a company promise you a product they are suppose to deliver<br> <br> REgards<br> <br> Suzette Pretorius
