DSTV promise R949 per month but help themselves to R2300

<p>I believed DSTV when they advertised R949 per month for Explorer with all the add ons. As I was already paying for the add ons I thought they would maybe keep to their promise. A client for in excess of 25 years. DSTV have now ****** an additional R1351 from my account without authority and they could not care less if you ask for your money back. The staff have no idea why and talk about pro rata but I have had this premium service for years. There is no pro rata. I suggest thy sort it out immediately failing which I will lay a theft charge against their CEO at the SAPS office. DSTV this is not acceptable.</p>
