Dstv promise Lies to their customer

The consultant told me to pay half of my outstanding balance and promise that my subscription will be active until Month end, and now my subscription is disconnected,when i call they dont want to be held accountable,they just refer me to unproffessional team leader who dont even understand the rights of consumer,the promise to call with feedback but no answers,they want to charge me recconection fees on top,so must i suffer because of false promise Given by consultant?, why must consultant Lies to me as a customer?,this company has bad service ever,no day pass with bad service offered by this company, they dont treat customer fairly,i told them to listen to the call when the consultant giving me false promises but no respond from this team leaders.
